BRISKET U IS COMING TO LAKEWOOD!!

Ready to level up your backyard BBQ game? Brisket U is bringing their Backyard Pitmasters BBQ Class to Lakewood Brewing on Sunday, February 14 at 11AM.

This 3-hour, hands-on learning experience is built for backyard cooks who want to get better at making seriously good BBQ. You’ll learn what to look for when buying your brisket/turkey/ribs etc, trimming and prep, rubs and injections, fire management, pit temperatures, wood smoke profiles, meat temperatures, timing, slicing and serving.

You’ll be right there beside the pit watching the pros break it all down and sharing the tips and tricks that can help you turn out better BBQ at home.

No gear required. Just bring yourself, your appetite for learning, and maybe an appetite for BBQ too. Brisket U provides a pit-side notebook and pencil, and once class is over, you can stick around Lakewood, grab a beer, and put your new BBQ knowledge to work on your next cook.
